Workations

FIND OUT MORE ABOUT OUR

A workation goes beyond the simple act of taking a job on vacation. Part of it is breaking away from your routine, city noise and traditional concepts of dividing work and vacation.

The other part is about finding peace and inspiration. Breathtaking natural scenery, new connections and a slower pace of living - all of this creates a more harmonious way of working and relaxing.

Why workation?

Take your team offsite to reboot motivation and create a next-level focus. Work together without distractions while you let us sort out meals, accommodation and a fully equipped working environment.

How to workation at THE CAMPUS ALPS

Workation Frequently Asked Questions

How exactly does a workation work?

Combine work and vacation by locating yourself in a stunning setting while having the opportunity to explore the surroundings and relax. Breaks and down-time are spent in the fresh mountain air, taking a walk or reading a good book. Work meetings and calls go smoothly thanks to our high-speed WiFi and facilities. Check out The Work Base for more details.

Which types of jobs are suited to workations?

All jobs that can operate digitally and remotely. If your job allows you to conduct necessary meetings via video calls or do your work via a laptop, a workation could be just the thing for you. Independent freelancers, digital creatives or technical project managers - all of these roles would find their working home at the Campus Alps. If you are a hybrid worker and want to plan your own workation, confirm with your employer that an extended stay wouldn't impact your responsibilities (if you don't already have an agreement in place).

How can I convince my employer?

Explain the benefits of working in a quiet, natural setting: increased productivity, focus ,creativity and satisfaction. Confirm that you will be able to conduct all of your work as you usually would in an  office and / or home-remote environment.

We'd love to welcome you, your team or your company!
